Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences on calls to consumer card members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Superior Customer Experience: Delivering personalized and empathetic support to card members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Resolving Customer Queries: Following established procedures to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Offering Solutions and Follow-up: Providing options and follow-up to ensure the best possible solutions are offered to card members, resulting in high first-call resolution (FCR) rates.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Recognizing the mood, profile, and needs of each customer and leveraging this information to provide tailored benefits and products while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Delivering Metrics and Feedback: Sharing customer, employee, and shareholder metrics with the team, highlighting issues, and recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and service levels to meet customer demands and ensure quality service.
  • Adhering to Quality and Compliance Guidelines: Ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards, taking quick decisions, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Previous Experience and Skills: Demonstrating previous income experience and a strong customer support heritage, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  • Verbal Communication and Problem-Solving: Exhibiting excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations.
  • Dependability and Teamwork: Demonstrating dependability, self-motivating skills, and the ability to work successfully within a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and a workable understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Work Environment and Schedule:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work from home or in our office. You'll be required to work 24/7 and rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Required Qualifications:

* Previous income experience with a strong customer support heritage

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a strong ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations
  • Demonstrated dependability and self-motivating skills
  • Change management ability
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a team environment, as well as independently
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Workable understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
