Your Role

As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers regarding financial queries, phone calls, and voicemails. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Researching, responding to, and resolving inquiries from our customers within 48 hours of receiving the inquiry, prioritizing based on customer impact
  • Answering customer payment and invoice questions
  • Assisting customers with desired changes to their account
  • Assisting arenaflex employees with questions and problems
  • Providing a great arenaflex customer experience
  • Resolving difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the customer and arenaflex
  • Maintaining high-quality work, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by your Manager of FinCare

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience with Data Entry
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills
  • The ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
  • Regular and predictable attendance is a must
