Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers via phone. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions to customers who are seeking information about our clients' services and products. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries, and to develop your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to their problems
  • Provide information about our clients' services and products

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • A quiet home office environment or a quiet workspace
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • A computer with high-speed internet (Windows 7 or better)
  • A working headset with a microphone that can be used with your computer
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with Google Chrome browser
