Key Responsibilities

As an Office Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing support to our team
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including scheduling, maintaining records, data entry, and performing other administrative tasks as required
  • Utilizing time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, ensuring seamless communication with clients and team members
  • Creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office as needed
  • Proofreading documents and materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism
  • Performing other administrative duties as required to support the team's success

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in administrative roles and customer service, with a strong background in sales support or a similar customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
