Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
  • Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate and timely solutions to resolve their inquiries and concerns
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with customers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems, such as CRM and ticketing systems
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
