Job Summary
As a Part-time Client Care Agent with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and compassionate support to individuals who are navigating their healthcare plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to client inquiries regarding medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions
- Providing clear and concise information to clients to help them better understand their healthcare plans and options
- Resolving client complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
