Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently

Essential Qualifications
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a kind and helpful manner
- Native U.S. English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
