Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently
  • Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team, sharing your ideas and expertise

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a kind and helpful manner
  • Native U.S. English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working with overseas teams and managing cultural differences
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
