About the Role:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes, and managing job postings on various job portals. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team will be essential in ensuring the success of our Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
• Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

What We're Looking For:

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level
