We are looking for a Unity Lead to join a cross-platform poker game project with real-time multiplayer. What we’re looking for: At least 5 years of experience as a Unity Developer 2+ completed projects in a lead or senior role Released mobile projects in the portfolio Strong soft skills and excellent communication Strong management skills (task planning, delegation, delivery control) Solid estimation and planning skills Deep knowledge of C# In-depth knowledge of Unity and best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, structured scene hierarchy) Experience with memory and space optimization Strong understanding of game architecture and architectural patterns Experience with DI (Dependency Injection) WebGL development experience Nice to have: Experience with unit testing What the role is about: Project estimation and sprint planning Managing and coordinating the development team Architecture design and implementation Feature development and delivery Ensuring technical quality and adherence to best practices Working conditions: Our people are what we value the most at iLogos.
