As our Philippines based Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you'll be a vital part of B Consulting’s HR operations and a trusted partner in our client engagements, ensuring seamless payroll processing and benefits administration. What You’ll Do: Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage U.S. & international payrolls, including regular processing, one-off payments, and compliance. Maintain payroll tracker and review payroll invoices for accuracy. Handle payroll tax registration with U.S. state tax agencies. Administer PEO/payroll systems and benefits plans, ensuring a smooth experience for employees. Support new hire benefits enrollments. Serve as the go-to resource for payroll, benefits, and administrative questions. Assist with terminations, COBRA administration, and final payments. HR Support & Compliance: Prepare reports and submit data to government agencies as needed. Assist in HR recordkeeping for clients. Take on special projects to drive efficiency and improve HR operations. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 3+ years of experience in US company payroll and benefits. Experience working with small to midsize companies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in payroll systems and PEO models.
