- * Remote based position anywhere in the United States, must be available to work Monday - Friday 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST. Saturday rotation once every 6 - 8 weeks. Training is from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. for 6 weeks. Targeted start date is 6/22/26**
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Position Purpose: Handle inbound and outbound calls, including the processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and handling of order inquiries and issues.
- Address member inquiries/request received via telephonic outreach
- Schedule deliveries for patients, adhering to accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements
- Maintain up to date knowledge of inter escalation process to adequately communicate urgent patient needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
