Licensed Mental Health Counselors(Evenings and Weekend hours) FLORIDA LICENSED $70-75 per session
We are seeking dedicated LICENSED Mental Health Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health needs. This role involves building a relationship with client to provide effective therapy, group therapy sessions, and implementing behavior management strategies. Duties: - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans - Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide direct support to patients - Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage with individuals - Implement behavior management strategies tailored to each patient's needs - Assist in the treatment of conditions such as PTSD, and geriatric mental health issues Qualifications: - Previous experience in mental health or related field preferred - Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles - Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse mental health needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - EMPATHETIC AND DEDICATED TO CLIENT. - Bilingual is a plus MUST HOLD A LICENSE in LMHC or LCSW and submit proof prior to interview.
