We are seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Specialist to oversee bodily injury claims with values reaching up to $1 million. This role is designed for a strategic expert who excels in a fast-paced environment, possessing the licensing to operate across the contiguous 48 states and the technical savvy to navigate mid-to-high level injury litigation. If you have a background in commercial liability, a "litigation-ready" approach to BI, and the communication skills to present cases to key stakeholders, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Processes commercial auto bodily injury claims and ensures claim files are properly documented and coded correctly.
- Responsible for litigation process on litigated claims.
- Develops and maintains action plans to ensure state required contact deadlines are met and to move the file towards prompt and appropriate resolution.
- Communicates claim action/processing with insured, client, and agent or broker when appropriate.
