Licensed Insurance Producer (Remote-1099 - P&C Required)

Watch our video: https://youtu.be/ul2oKThT6uI We are seeking a motivated and energetic Licensed Insurance Agent (Remote - P&C Required) to join RELI Exchange. In this 1099 role, you will operate your own insurance agency with a personalized quoting portal, and access to dozens of carriers all while earning top agency splits and building equity in your book of business. Our Agency model has no up front costs as you grow your book of business. You will leverage your insurance expertise to connect with clients, provide tailored coverage options, and drive sales through exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while engaging in outside sales activities, negotiations, and marketing efforts to expand our client base.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to build a book of business through:
- Prospecting: Establishing referral partner relationships (Real Estate, Mortgage, etc.).
- Market Utilization: Leveraging an existing natural market to fast-track success.
- Consulting: Analyzing options with a large carrier portfolio to mitigate household risk.
- Revenue Generation: Achieving monthly new business goals at an individual level.
Compensation & Requirements
- Earnings Potential: $45,000 - $90,000 (Year 1).
- Structure: Uncapped new business commissions + renewal commissions year-over-year.
Experience and Education:
- Insurance Expertise: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is essential.
- Client Commitment: Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market data and trends effectively.
- Sales Background: Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus.
- Licensing: Existing Property & Casualty (P&C) license in your resident state is required.
- You must reside in IL, IN, OH, TN, WI, IA or IN
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
