Compensation

• $90,000 base salary

Role expectations

• Provide weekly virtual therapy sessions
• Maintain a caseload of 27 billable sessions/week (including no shows/late cancels), supported by a full administrative and care navigation team to reduce non-clinical workload.
• Timely documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)
• Collaborative care with our licensed navigation and admin support teams
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

Requirements

• Active independent California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist
• HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Not opted out of Medicare
• Ethical/legal compliance
