By bridging the gap between traditional clinic-based care and home health, we empower both clients and clinicians through flexible, impactful services. Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home, community-based speech-language therapy services
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
  • Create and implement customized treatment plans
  • Foster functional independence and improved quality of life for clients
  • Educate and support clients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

Qualifications

  • Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology License (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient, home health, or similar setting (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
  • Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, client-centered environment
