Treasury Cash and Banking Operations Apprentice

Join Allstate’s Cash and Banking Operations Team as an apprentice to manage banking activities and gain hands-on experience in a 12–24-month program. Your Role Key responsibilities include:

• Consolidate and enter wires in the Treasury workstation accurately and timely to support short-term trading decisions.
• Prepare wire activity reports and analyze to optimize wire and cash flow activity.
• Maintain sound administration skills including documentation, follow-up, and adherence to guidelines.
• Perform mission-critical tasks during business resumption events.
• Provide optimal customer support to internal clients, colleagues, and external financial service partners.
• Manage over 1,200 bank accounts including signers, functions, bank relationships, and funding compliance.

About You The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Currently pursuing an associate’s degree from a community college or trade school (bachelor’s degree or higher not eligible).
• Proven organizational and time management skills with ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop clear storylines and presentations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to proofread own work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; quick learner of database software.
• Experience with banking terminology, Treasury Workstation, and US banking system is a plus.
