Fashion Brand Sales Representative

Michelle Garcia is a high-end contemporary fashion brand made in Italy and crafted with the finest silk, leather, and sustainable fabrics, the brand embodies timeless sophistication with a modern edge. Our collections are carried by women who know their worth and embrace fashion as a form of empowerment. We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Fashion Sales Representative to expand our presence with boutiques, stylists, and showrooms across the U.S. and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with fashion buyers, boutique owners, and stylists.
• Represent the Michelle Garcia collection to prospective retail partners and at fashion events.
• Drive wholesale sales through outreach, showroom appointments, and personal networks.
• Provide feedback from clients to help shape future collections and strategy.
• Maintain brand integrity and communicate our values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in fashion (preferably contemporary or luxury womenswear).
• Strong network of buyers, boutiques, and/or stylists.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to work independently.
• Passion for high-end fashion and craftsmanship.

Compensation

• Commission-only role - 20% commission rate.
