Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA), or Clinical Psychologist to support our diagnostic evaluation services. This position offers the flexibility to work on-site in Baltimore, MD or remotely. For remote clinicians, an on-site psychometrist will provide testing and assessment support. We are seeking a clinician who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic care for pediatric clients. Our team provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and ABA therapy within a collaborative, supportive environment focused on clinical excellence and ethical care.

About the Role

The psychologist will conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental differences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments using standardized evaluation tools
  • Interpret assessment results and clinical findings
  • Deliver results and recommendations to families with clarity and compassion
  • Complete and submit comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards

Assessment Tools May Include ADOS-2 CARS ADI-R DISCO Other standardized diagnostic instruments Work Structure

  • On-site or remote flexibility
  • Remote clinicians supported by an on-site psychometrist
  • Clinic-based pediatric population

Compensation

Requirements

Education

  • Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or related field

Licensure

  • Active Maryland license as one of the following:

– Licensed Psychologist (LP) – Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) – Clinical Psychologist

Qualifications

  • Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations preferred
  • Familiarity with standardized assessment tools
  • Strong diagnostic, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver feedback to families professionally and compassionately
