Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative on our night shift team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to our customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and closing out orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and close out orders in the system, ensuring accurate and timely completion

  • Assist technicians with order closeouts and provide support as needed
  • Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on
  • Update information through data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Run reports and update trackers as needed to ensure efficient operations
  • Assist with logistics and system-related issues, providing creative solutions when needed
  • Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Follow-through and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and have the willingness to research and suggest creative solutions
  • Adapt to change and have the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency

Schedule

* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift

  • 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
