Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing customer cases, conducting research, and analyzing data to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiency
  • Using customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conducting research, interpreting results, and translating findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
  • Providing insights and process or improvement strategies to the ECR leadership team
  • Working closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on your recommendations
  • Reviewing customer cases, interpreting the life cycle, and providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement
  • Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of contact center experience
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Demonstrated experience in data validation
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
  • Experience in analytics implementation
  • Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
  • Proven skill level in PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually, with a starting rate of pay based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
