We're seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) team, where you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients.

Job Summary:

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing daily technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades. You'll work closely with clients to resolve technical issues, provide training and guidance on the use of computer equipment and software, and ensure the security and integrity of our systems. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide daily technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.

  • Respond to client support requests and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, chat, and other channels to discuss recognized issues or concerns and resolve them.
  • Investigate recognized issues by gathering information, assessing online resources, or visiting client sites to identify solutions and implement fixes.
  • Conduct site visits within the region to investigate issues and install or upgrade equipment and software as needed.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues were resolved completely.
  • Complete service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on network infrastructure and desktop systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (client/server).
  • Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other internet browsers.
  • Specialized certifications like A+, CompTIA, or MCP are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Linux operating systems and network protocols.

  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with IT project management and coordination.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of living across various US geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $23.85/hour to $38.75/hour, depending on market area and other factors. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
