As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through timely and accurate communication. Key Responsibilities As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) * Submitting tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring timely closure * Emailing responses to customers to provide updates and ensure exceptional customer service * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status * Collaborating with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide support Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * Previous experience in I.T.
