As a key member of our Computerization Development team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science, to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that drive business value.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Work with our data science team to develop and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our conversational AI platform.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal.

Requirements

* 4-year college degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative products that meet the evolving needs of customers.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, including AI, machine learning, and data science.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that drive business value.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with conversational AI platforms, including design, development, and launch.

  • Strong understanding of data science concepts, including data analysis and machine learning.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure.
  • Experience working with DevOps tools, including Jenkins and Docker.
