Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Documenting delivery information into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
• Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving or escalating issues as necessary, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:

• The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution.
• Attention to detail and data entry/typing skills, with a minimum of 30 wpm (including 10-key).
• A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
