Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, attending requirements workshops, and creating test plans and test cases. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining the team backlog, ensuring that all requirements are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities
* Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Attend requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
- Document requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
- Create test plans and test cases
- Organize and maintain the team backlog
- Collaborate with the management team on new products and sales strategies
- Work with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
* No prior programming knowledge is required for this role

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Experience in business analysis or a related field
