Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Contact Center Operations team as Customer Support Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to our clients, stores, and partners through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing various systems and tools to provide accurate and efficient responses
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns
  • Providing expert-level support to customers, stores, and partners through multiple communication channels
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective completion of any required training or certification programs
  • Previous customer support experience (desired but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
