The Role

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, resolving issues, and providing support through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support, helping them to achieve their goals and grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

* Answering emails, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Providing support through live chat and phone, ensuring that clients receive prompt and effective assistance
  • Helping clients set up their online shops, get their designs printed on our products, and troubleshoot issues with their Printful Store and E-commerce platform
  • Assisting clients with setting up their E-commerce platforms and providing guidance on how to use our services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and up-to-date

Requirements

* Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and live chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred
