Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, live chat, and email interactions. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every day, working in a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customer concerns
  • Utilize live chat and email to engage with customers and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a 4-day weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday, with two 10-hour shifts on Monday and Tuesday)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related products
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales or upselling techniques

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60 days
