Physical Therapist – PRN Telehealth Location: Remote Pay: $45-50/hour DOE Status: PRN Looking for flexibility without sacrificing purpose? Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual evaluations to assess residents' mobility, function, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals and resident outcomes
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards
- Adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing resident needs
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with on-site staff and clinical teams
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy license (compact license holders welcome)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
