Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You'll be working with our claims management systems, processing claims information, and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to support decision-making
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field (customer service, data entry, or claims coordination)
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with claims management systems and data entry software

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in customer service or data entry (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES))
