Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
