Job Responsibilities:

As a Junior Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • In-depth understanding of arenaflex's banking software and apps: Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our mobile and online banking products, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Collaboration with technical teams: Work closely with software technicians, technical support, and developers to resolve technical issues, share knowledge, and improve our products and services.
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Analyze technical logs, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions to resolve technical problems encountered during 24/7 client support projects.
  • Communication and customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, explaining technical processes and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Quality management and process improvement: Monitor and improve the quality of our tech support process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Junior Tech Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Excellent written and spoken English: Strong communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction and collaboration with technical teams.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with customers: Develop strong relationships with clients and end-users, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Solid troubleshooting ability: Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve problems.
  • Ability to learn technical skills quickly: Develop a strong understanding of arenaflex's banking software and apps, as well as technical skills related to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • In-depth learning and understanding of arenaflex's mobile and online banking products: Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Coordination with developers to investigate and diagnose issues: Work closely with developers to identify and resolve technical issues, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve our products and services.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic workload with many concurrent tasks: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in banking live-chat: Previous experience in live-chat support for banking or financial institutions is highly desirable.

  • Experience in technical support: A background in technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution, is highly valued.
  • Experience with Dialogflow: Familiarity with Dialogflow, a conversational AI platform, is a plus.
  • Experience with various mobile phone platforms: Experience with iOS and Android platforms, as well as other mobile phone platforms, is highly desirable.
  • Project management experience: Previous experience in project management, including coordinating with teams and managing multiple projects, is highly valued.
  • Working directly with US-based customers: Experience working with US-based customers, including understanding their needs and preferences, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of US banking systems: Familiarity with US banking systems, including regulations and industry standards, is highly valued.
