Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels. Your duties will include:
- Responding to live chat messages from customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Answering customer inquiries and providing helpful resources and information
- Offering promotional discounts and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
