Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Industry Work-from-Home Opportunity

We're growing rapidly, and we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound phone calls and troubleshooting issues related to our policies.

Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance
- Making decisions, problem-solving, and holding to an ethical standard
- Managing individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma
- A designated space and internet capability to work from home
- The ability to pass a background check
- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
