As a Data Entry Associate with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Capturing and validating complex data, often requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Providing production services to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities
- Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information, ensuring seamless data flow
- Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed, providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
- The ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A great attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
