Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Digital Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing communications on creators' OnlyFans accounts, responding to inquiries, and maintaining engagement through email and chat interactions. Your role will involve:

• Answering questions and providing information on subscriptions, promotions, and other topics related to creators' content
• Offering promotional discounts and incentives to encourage fan engagement
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt, friendly, and informative responses
• Collaborating with creators and other team members to ensure seamless communication and support
• Staying up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Access to a device with internet capabilities (phone, tablet, or laptop)
• Independent work ethic and the ability to adhere to a set protocol
• At least 5 hours of availability per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in simple English conversations
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and chat platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
