About the Customer Onboarding & Success Manager Role

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding & Success Manager to join our team for an exciting new project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with property owners for our client's growing business. The perfect candidate will possess a deep knowledge of our client's platform and exceptional client management abilities.

Responsibilities

* Build and nurture partner relationships within your assigned territory to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Directly manage accounts to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and implement data-driven recommendations to drive sales growth and optimize revenue.
  • Onboard new, high-quality supply in your assigned geography, ensuring seamless integration with our client's platform.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide adequate support to clients.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.

  • French Language - level C1 and above, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals and targets, with a strong quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making.
  • Online marketplace/SaaS platform experience a plus, with a proven track record of effectively managing a leads pipeline or book of business.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities, with the ability to work within tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation

The pay for this position is a basic salary of €38,000 per annum, with an additional variable bonus component of €6,000 per annum. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
