Job Description:
As an Information Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and enhancing our content portfolio, marketing, and delivery system. Your responsibilities will include:
Applying Advanced Analysis Methods:
Apply advanced data analysis methods, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning, to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions.
Investigating Client Behavior:
Investigate client behavior, including type preferences and viewing patterns, to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
Predicting Content Engagement:
Predict content engagement to inform securing decisions and optimize content delivery.
Advancing Content Launch and Episode Release Strategies:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize content launch and episode release, including testing marketing methodologies to improve engagement and retention.
Ideating and Developing New Metrics and KPIs:
Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction.
Providing Ad-Hoc Analysis Support:
Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business outcomes.
Communicating Insights:
Communicate insights and findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization.
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning.
Skills:
+ Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python. + Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, and clustering. + Strong data visualization skills, including the ability to communicate complex insights through compelling visualizations. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
