Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers in a kind and useful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty
• Anticipating customer needs and maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when resolving issues
• Working with a safety mentality to ensure the highest standards are met
• Navigating challenges with composure and adaptability, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Collaborating with colleagues to support new processes and technologies

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
• Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to meet our attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards
