We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Online Chat Specialist to join our arenaflex family. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers. Responsibilities:

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns with accuracy, concision, and professionalism
• Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
• Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
• Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and effective manner
• Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services through personalized interactions
• Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times
• Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed
• Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
