Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Liaison at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our front office team to ensure consistent and reliable service throughout the resort
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure efficient operations
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Japanese
  • Experience working in a resort or hotel environment
  • Knowledge of Disney culture and values
  • Certification in customer service or hospitality
