Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Liaison at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our front office team to ensure consistent and reliable service throughout the resort
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure efficient operations

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
