Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex's clients, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
  • Upgrading or resubscribing their services, delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives
  • Delivering productivity results that meet client performance objectives, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy
  • Adhering to standard contact procedures, building relationships, and overcoming prospect objections
  • Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be a North Carolina resident
  • A private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions
  • Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience (highly preferred)
  • Professional vocabulary and excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Assertive and quick thinking, with excellent schedule adherence and attendance
  • Prior work-from-home call center experience (a plus!)
  • Good computer skills and the ability to provide your own computer or laptop

Technical Requirements

To ensure success in this role, you'll need to provide:

  • Your own computer or laptop, with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and a dual-core processor
  • A high-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset
  • A dual-screen setup, with a separate 19" monitor and a webcam
  • A reliable internet connection, with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
  • A free space of at least 5 GB and a processor speed of dual-core @3 GHz or better (or quad-core @2 GHz or better)
