Job Description:

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Account creation and claims online portal registration using ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Processing tickets, including backlog and new tickets, in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

### Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk roles
  • Healthcare experience and knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

### Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service, IT help desk, or a related field

### Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $15-$23
