Remote Clinical Social Worker - Behavioral Health

You will conduct virtual assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies via secure telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth. Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in distress. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Active and unrestricted LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or equivalent license in the US. Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience. Proficiency with various electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms. Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, diagnostic criteria (DSM-5), and treatment modalities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
