Director, OneStream Process & Platforms

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of OneStream Process & Platforms to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our financial planning and analysis processes using the OneStream platform. Develop and implement strategic plans for financial planning and analysis processes using OneStream platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize financial processes and workflows. Lead the implementation of OneStream platform and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Train and mentor team members on OneStream platform and financial processes. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis through continuous monitoring and improvement. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports for senior leadership. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in financial data. Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements. Manage and prioritize projects and resources to meet deadlines and deliver quality results. Monitor and manage system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of financial processes. Comply with all company policies and regulations related to financial systems and processes. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the financial planning and analysis function.
