Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate their healthcare claims and enrollment processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner
  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers' needs and concerns, and providing personalized solutions to address their issues
  • Managing multiple applications on a single call, ensuring seamless navigation and efficient resolution of customer concerns
  • Utilizing excellent listening skills, research, and attention to detail to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, even in challenging situations, to provide consistent, high-quality customer support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To succeed as a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong navigation skills, with the ability to quickly transition from one task to another
  • Proficiency with dual monitors and keyboard shortcuts
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 25 WPM
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace
  • Residency in the United States
  • Successful completion of our mandatory paid 4-week training program with 100% attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Experience working in a healthcare-related field or with healthcare claims and enrollment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
