Job Summary

As a Tech Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support via email, phone, and chat. You'll work closely with our Senior Support Manager to become an expert in our software application, Galileo FX Trading Robot, and provide guidance to clients on troubleshooting and setup. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally, develop your skills, and take on new challenges in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat, responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our software application, Galileo FX Trading Robot, and our website, YouTube channel, and other relevant resources
  • Collaborate with our Senior Support Manager to create comprehensive solutions for clients, including troubleshooting and setup
  • Conduct appointments and video calls with customers to provide personalized support and guidance
  • Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring a minimum 80% Happiness Score to maintain eligibility for monthly bonuses
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Proficient English language skills, with excellent communication and writing abilities

  • 1+ year of experience in a tech support role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative and effective solutions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with software applications, particularly in the financial or trading industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
