Experienced Social Media Sales Representative – Latin America Region

The Role
As an Experienced Social Media Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to our clients, while working closely with our client success team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with our audience (2 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, ensuring seamless collaboration and success
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth for our clients
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and being challenged daily
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working from home and managing your time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

Compensation and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
