Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in driving data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and customer experience excellence. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing analytics strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in developing and implementing analytics strategies to drive business growth, process optimization, and customer experience excellence

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to drive business decisions and initiatives
• Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate complex analytics insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations

Preferred Qualifications:
